3. Account Registration

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on the 7game5 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:
4.1 Deposits
- 7game5 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 7game5's discretion.
- Deposits are credited to your 7game5 account balance upon confirmation of receipt by 7game5's payment processing systems. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
- 7game5 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

- 7game5 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 7game5 accepts no responsibility.

- 7game5 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected, pending investigation.
No Hidden Fees: 7game5 does not charge hidden fees on deposits or withdrawals. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account. The amount you request to withdraw is the amount sent to your GCash or bank account, subject to your payment provider's own terms.

5. Game Rules & Wagering

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent 7game5 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
